Jakmile je n\u00e1klad nalo\u017een, vozidlo se vyd\u00e1 po ur\u010den\u00e9 trase. Po p\u0159\u00edjezdu na m\u00edsto oper\u00e1tor vysype materi\u00e1l a vrac\u00ed se pro dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klad. A\u010dkoli se to m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t jako rutinn\u00ed \u00fakol, pr\u00e1ce kloubov\u00fdch skl\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro \u00fasp\u011bch mnoha stavebn\u00edch projekt\u016f. Ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 let <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/zvyste-ziskovost-sve-stavebni-firmy-diky-rizeni-vztahu-se-zakazniky-crm\/\">stavebn\u00ed firmy<\/a> po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na ADT p\u0159i efektivn\u00ed p\u0159eprav\u011b sypk\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 si polo\u017e\u00edte ot\u00e1zku \u2013 pro\u010d zvolit ADT a ne tradi\u010dn\u00ed skl\u00e1p\u011b\u010d s pevnou r\u00e1movou konstrukc\u00ed? Zde jsou \u010dty\u0159i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 v\u00fdhody kloubov\u00fdch skl\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f, kter\u00e9 na tuto ot\u00e1zku odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1.-Man\u00e9vrovatelnost\">1. Man\u00e9vrovatelnost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kloubov\u00e9 skl\u00e1p\u011b\u010de se vyzna\u010duj\u00ed jedine\u010dnou kloubovou konstrukc\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed od tradi\u010dn\u00edch vozidel s pevn\u00fdmi r\u00e1my. R\u00e1m ADT je rozd\u011blen na dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti, spojen\u00e9 v oto\u010dn\u00e9m bod\u011b. D\u00edky tomu se p\u0159edn\u00ed a zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st vozidla mohou pohybovat nez\u00e1visle, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161uje man\u00e9vrovatelnost, zejm\u00e9na na nerovn\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kloubov\u00e1 konstrukce nav\u00edc umo\u017e\u0148uje dosa\u017een\u00ed mal\u00e9ho polom\u011bru ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/udrzba-a-kontrola-stavebnich-stroju-2\/\">oper\u00e1to\u0159i<\/a> se mohou snadn\u011bji pohybovat v bl\u00edzkosti jin\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch stroj\u016f nebo existuj\u00edc\u00edch staveb na staveni\u0161ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho modern\u00edch ADT je vybaveno pohonem v\u0161ech kol (AWD). V\u00fdkonn\u00fd motor vozidla p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed hnac\u00ed s\u00edlu na v\u0161echna kola sou\u010dasn\u011b, co\u017e zlep\u0161uje trakci a stabilitu, zejm\u00e9na v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, jako jsou mokr\u00e1 nebo bahnit\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci pova\u017euj\u00ed AWD za nezbytn\u00e9 pro udr\u017een\u00ed kontroly v obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 se na staveni\u0161t\u00edch \u010dasto vyskytuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou konstrukce ADT je n\u00edzk\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b. I p\u0159i pln\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed se tato vozidla mohou pohybovat po nerovn\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed stabilitu. V\u00fdrobci navrhuj\u00ed ADT tak, aby rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozkl\u00e1daly hmotnost na <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/snizeni-opotrebeni-podvozku-cast-3\/\">podvozek<\/a>, co\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed stabilitu p\u0159i p\u0159eprav\u011b materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 modely ADT jsou vybaveny p\u00e1kou pro regulaci retard\u00e9ru p\u0159evodovky, co\u017e usnad\u0148uje kontrolu rychlosti a brzd\u011bn\u00ed na strm\u00fdch povr\u0161\u00edch a svaz\u00edch. Mnoh\u00e9 z nich nab\u00edzej\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i \u00farovn\u011b brzdn\u00e9 s\u00edly retard\u00e9ru: 100 %, 75 %, 50 % a 25 %. V\u0161estrannost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kloubov\u00e9 skl\u00e1p\u011b\u010de se skv\u011ble osv\u011bd\u010duj\u00ed p\u0159i pohybu po r\u016fzn\u00fdch povr\u0161\u00edch, co\u017e z nich \u010din\u00ed obl\u00edbenou volbu pro p\u0159epravu sypk\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. V ter\u00e9nu si obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 dob\u0159e porad\u00ed na bahnit\u00fdch staveni\u0161t\u00edch, skalnat\u00fdch lomech, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadu a v p\u00eds\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edkladem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt projekt obnovy pl\u00e1\u017ee na Florid\u011b, kde byly ADT vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny k p\u0159eprav\u011b p\u00edsku po hurik\u00e1nu. D\u00edky sv\u00e9 konstrukci se tato vozidla bez probl\u00e9m\u016f pohybovala po p\u00edsku, zat\u00edmco tradi\u010dn\u00ed skl\u00e1p\u011b\u010de s pevn\u00fdmi r\u00e1my by m\u011bly probl\u00e9my s trakc\u00ed a stabilitou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee jsou ADT velk\u00e1 vozidla, vyv\u00edjej\u00ed relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fd tlak na podklad. Konstrukce minimalizuje tlak na povrch pod nimi, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zabr\u00e1nit nadm\u011brn\u00e9mu zhutn\u011bn\u00ed p\u016fdy a sni\u017euje riziko po\u0161kozen\u00ed podzemn\u00edch instalac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeden ze z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f si pochvaloval provoz kloubov\u00fdch naklada\u010d\u016f. Zm\u00ednil, \u017ee krom\u011b v\u0161estrannosti oce\u0148uje tyto <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/udrzovani-cistoty-stavebnich-stroju\/\">stroje<\/a> tak\u00e9 za jednoduchost servisn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;ADT jsou dokonale vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 pro pr\u00e1ci v na\u0161em prost\u0159ed\u00ed, proto\u017ee povrch materi\u00e1lu, se kter\u00fdm pracujeme, se \u010dasto zm\u011bk\u010duje. Tato vozidla jsou velmi citliv\u00e1 a kolem mechanick\u00fdch komponent\u016f je dostatek prostoru. Proto\u017ee pr\u00e1ce s t\u00edmto uhl\u00edkov\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem je nestabiln\u00ed, je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme snadno vy\u010distit stroje na konci dne.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pohodl\u00ed p\u0159i \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b mohou b\u00fdt ADT vybaveny automatick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem maz\u00e1n\u00ed. Centr\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9m zaji\u0161\u0165uje spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 maz\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vozidla v pravideln\u00fdch intervalech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-color has-dark-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-ceca89323bcd098298db878caef1c814\"><strong>POZOR<br><\/strong>Kloubov\u00e9 skl\u00e1p\u011b\u010de, a\u010dkoli jsou velmi v\u0161estrann\u00e9, vy\u017eaduj\u00ed pravideln\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/jak-vymenit-motorovy-olej-v-rypadle\/\">servis<\/a>, zejm\u00e9na v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch ter\u00e9nn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Automatick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my maz\u00e1n\u00ed mohou v\u00fdrazn\u011b usnadnit udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidel v optim\u00e1ln\u00edm stavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3.-Stabilita\">3. Stabilita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na staveni\u0161t\u00edch je \u010dasto nutn\u00fd pohyb po nerovn\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu, se kter\u00fdm si ADT porad\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9 konstrukci. Kdy\u017e se ADT pohybuje po takov\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu, ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st vozidla se m\u016f\u017ee pohybovat nez\u00e1visle a p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat se tvaru podlo\u017e\u00ed. To umo\u017e\u0148uje kol\u016fm udr\u017eet kontakt s povrchem, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje stabilitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ADT jsou nav\u00edc obvykle vybaveny pokro\u010dil\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my odpru\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pohlcuj\u00ed ot\u0159esy a vibrace p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b po nerovn\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu. Syst\u00e9m odpru\u017een\u00ed nejen stabilizuje p\u0159epravovan\u00fd materi\u00e1l, ale tak\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uje v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pohodl\u00ed pro oper\u00e1tora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdrobci ADT nab\u00edzej\u00ed elektronick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my kontroly pro je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed stabilitu. Oper\u00e1to\u0159i mohou sledovat prokluz kol, \u00fahel n\u00e1klonu a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, aby optimalizovali v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ADT ji\u017e mnoho let dokazuj\u00ed svou hodnotu ve stavebn\u00edch projektech mimo zpevn\u011bn\u00e9 silnice, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed p\u0159epravu velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed materi\u00e1lu. Modern\u00ed modely jsou nav\u00edc vybaveny funkcemi zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edmi v\u00fdkon, bezpe\u010dnost i komfort obsluhy. Modern\u00ed ADT jsou navr\u017eeny s ohledem na minimalizaci spot\u0159eby paliva, co\u017e je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 u dlouhodob\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch projekt\u016f.
