Je dobr\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, jak \u010dasto je m\u011bnit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/gumove-pasy-avt-s-protivibracni-technologii\/\">Gumov\u00e9 p\u00e1sy<\/a> se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed u stroj\u016f, jako jsou bagry, minibagry a smykem \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 naklada\u010de. Nen\u00ed n\u00e1hodou, \u017ee si z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed na popularit\u011b, proto\u017ee ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ocelov\u00fdmi p\u00e1sy maj\u00ed jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed konstrukci, a proto jsou bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00e9 v provozu. Nevy\u017eaduj\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 opravy, proto\u017ee je rozhodn\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed a v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je vym\u011bnit za nov\u00e9. Jak \u010dasto to ale d\u011blat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Nezastupiteln\u00fd-stroj-na-ka\u017ed\u00e9-stavb\u011b---Bagr\"><strong>Nezastupiteln\u00fd stroj na ka\u017ed\u00e9 stavb\u011b &#8211; Bagr<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na stavb\u011b je pr\u00e1ce v\u017edy intenzivn\u00ed a velk\u00e9 a siln\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/udrzovani-cistoty-stavebnich-stroju\/\">stroje<\/a> pln\u00ed sv\u00e9 \u00fakoly nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b. Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt opravdu odoln\u00e9, aby si poradily v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu a co nejl\u00e9pe plnily sv\u00e9 povinnosti. U bagr\u016f a minibagr\u016f hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.com\/podvozky-p\u00e1sov\u00e9\/43\">p\u00e1sov\u00fd podvozek<\/a>, kter\u00fd je v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m kontaktu s tvrd\u00fdm, kamenit\u00fdm a nerovn\u00fdm podlo\u017e\u00edm. Rychle se opot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1, a proto je nutn\u00e9 jej pravideln\u011b m\u011bnit. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed je p\u00e1s pro <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/vyplati-se-koupit-pouzity-minibagr\/\">minibagr<\/a> a dal\u0161\u00ed podobn\u00e9 stroje velmi snadno vym\u011bniteln\u00fd, ale abychom toho dos\u00e1hli, mus\u00edme samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt, jak jej spr\u00e1vn\u011b demontovat a namontovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-plain is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>PAMATUJTE<\/strong><br>Pravideln\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/udrzba-a-kontrola-stavebnich-stroju\/\">kontrola<\/a> a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 napnut\u00ed gumov\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f u bagr\u016f a minibagr\u016f je kl\u00ed\u010dem k jejich dlouh\u00e9 \u017eivotnosti a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9mu provozu.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Demont\u00e1\u017e-p\u00e1su-a-posouzen\u00ed-stavu-dal\u0161\u00edch-prvk\u016f\"><strong>Demont\u00e1\u017e p\u00e1su a posouzen\u00ed stavu dal\u0161\u00edch prvk\u016f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sund\u00e1n\u00ed&nbsp;<a href=\"#gumov\u00e9-p\u00e1sy\">gumov\u00e9ho p\u00e1su<\/a>&nbsp;je skv\u011blou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed k posouzen\u00ed technick\u00e9ho stavu dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed stavebn\u00edho stroje, zejm\u00e9na kol \u2013 nap\u00ednac\u00edch a hnac\u00edch, stejn\u011b jako pojezdov\u00fdch kladek. Na jejich dobr\u00e9m stavu z\u00e1vis\u00ed mnoho, a proto mus\u00ed fungovat bez probl\u00e9m\u016f. Pokud tomu tak nen\u00ed, <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/jak-se-vyrabi-pasovy-podvozek-pro-minirypadlo\/\">p\u00e1sov\u00fd podvozek<\/a> nebude p\u0159ipraven k pr\u00e1ci, i kdy\u017e namontujeme nov\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/pruvodce-opatreni-proti-predcasnemu-opotrebeni-pasu-u-smykem-rizeneho-nakladace\/\">gumov\u00fd p\u00e1s<\/a>. Nem\u00e1 tedy smysl jej nasazovat, pokud jsou kola a kladky ve \u0161patn\u00e9m stavu. Takov\u00fd stroj nebude pracovat efektivn\u011b a co h\u016f\u0159 \u2013 m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavovat nebezpe\u010d\u00ed pro sv\u00e9ho obsluhovatele i okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Proces-v\u00fdm\u011bny-p\u00e1s\u016f-v-bagru\"><strong>Proces v\u00fdm\u011bny p\u00e1s\u016f v bagru<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud jsou v\u0161ak v dobr\u00e9m stavu, m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159istoupit k nasazen\u00ed nov\u00e9ho gumov\u00e9ho p\u00e1su. N\u011bkdy se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee budeme pot\u0159ebovat pomoc druh\u00e9ho bagru \u2013 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b jeho <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/jak-vybrat-radlice-pro-lopaty-u-rypadel-a-nakladacu\/\">radlice<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/lzice-a-rychloupinace-pro-rypadla\/\">l\u017e\u00edce<\/a>. Obsluha by m\u011bla p\u00e1s st\u00e1hnout a n\u00e1sledn\u011b nasadit, co\u017e nen\u00ed snadn\u00fd \u00fakol. Vy\u017eaduje to p\u0159esnost, trp\u011blivost a zku\u0161enosti, proto by jej m\u011bl prov\u00e1d\u011bt zku\u0161en\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/ochrana-minibagru-caterpillar-a-jejich-operatoru\/\">oper\u00e1tor<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jinak to vypad\u00e1 p\u0159i v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b p\u00e1su u minibagru. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je cel\u00fd proces \u2013 sta\u017een\u00ed a nasazen\u00ed nov\u00e9ho p\u00e1su \u2013 mnohem jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba dal\u0161\u00ed vybaven\u00ed. Nej d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je zajistit bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 nadzvednut\u00ed bagru tak, aby p\u00e1sov\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/snizeni-opotrebeni-podvozku-cast-3\/\">podvozek<\/a> nedot\u00fdkal se zem\u011b. Stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 povolen\u00ed \u0161roubu uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edho nap\u00ednac\u00ed kolo. D\u00edky tomu se p\u00e1s prakticky s\u00e1m st\u00e1hne ze stroje. Stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem je t\u0159eba postupovat p\u0159i mont\u00e1\u017ei nov\u00e9ho p\u00e1su.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Systematick\u00e1-kontrola-napnut\u00ed-p\u00e1s\u016f---U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9-informace\"><strong>Systematick\u00e1 kontrola napnut\u00ed p\u00e1s\u016f &#8211; U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 informace<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e nasazen\u00ed p\u00e1s\u016f na minibagr a <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/5-veci-ktere-byste-meli-vedet-o-minirypadle-cat\/\">bagr<\/a> nen\u00ed probl\u00e9mov\u00e9, je nutn\u00e9 v\u011bnovat pozornost napnut\u00ed p\u00e1s\u016f. Nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt ani p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 voln\u00e9, ani p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 napjat\u00e9. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech to m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit probl\u00e9my. Pokud nejsou spr\u00e1vn\u011b upevn\u011bny, bagr se m\u016f\u017ee pohybovat nespr\u00e1vn\u011b a co h\u016f\u0159 \u2013 p\u00e1sy se mohou dokonce sesmeknout. Pokud jsou naopak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 napnut\u00e9, hroz\u00ed jejich prasknut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak je vid\u011bt, napnut\u00ed p\u00e1s\u016f je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost. V\u0161e z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na jejich optim\u00e1ln\u00edm n\u00e1tahu, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl \u010dinit p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10\u201320 mm. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee&nbsp;<a href=\"#nap\u00edna\u010de-p\u00e1s\u016f\">nap\u00edn\u00e1k p\u00e1s\u016f<\/a>&nbsp;se b\u011bhem pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed bagru m\u016f\u017ee povolovat, proto pravideln\u011b kontrolujte jeho stav, abyste v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby zlep\u0161ili jeho funkci. Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd n\u00e1tah \u0159et\u011bzu je zde nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, a proto je t\u0159eba se o n\u011bm na z\u00e1v\u011br zm\u00ednit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nap\u00edn\u00e1k p\u00e1su by m\u011bl b\u00fdt kontrolov\u00e1n ka\u017ed\u00fdch 50 motohodin provozu stroje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K jeho v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b je t\u0159eba oto\u010dit nadstavbu o 90 stup\u0148\u016f a spustit l\u017e\u00edci, co\u017e umo\u017en\u00ed zvednout p\u00e1s ze zem\u011b. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zachovat \u00fahel mezi v\u00fdlo\u017en\u00edkem a ramenem (90 stup\u0148\u016f) a um\u00edstit kulatou \u010d\u00e1st l\u017e\u00edce na zem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pot\u00e9 je t\u0159eba um\u00edstit pod r\u00e1m kl\u00edny, aby byl stroj podep\u0159en.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kdy\u017e to ud\u011bl\u00e1me, sta\u010d\u00ed oto\u010dit zvednut\u00fd p\u00e1s dvakr\u00e1t dozadu a dvakr\u00e1t dop\u0159edu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na z\u00e1v\u011br zm\u011b\u0159te vzd\u00e1lenost \u201eA\u201c (li\u0161\u00ed se podle v\u00fdrobce) uprost\u0159ed r\u00e1mu p\u00e1su od spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti r\u00e1mu p\u00e1su k zadn\u00ed plo\u0161e desky p\u00e1su.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e1s pro minibagr a bagr pat\u0159\u00ed k nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prvk\u016fm t\u011bchto stavebn\u00edch stroj\u016f, proto je t\u0159eba v\u017edy db\u00e1t na to, aby byly co nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvality. Je nutn\u00e9 je pravideln\u011b kontrolovat a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby vym\u011bnit, co\u017e \u2013 jak jsme popsali v \u010dl\u00e1nku \u2013 nen\u00ed problematick\u00e9.
