D\u011bje se tak proto, \u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/snizeni-opotrebeni-podvozku-cast-3\/\">podvozek<\/a> je vystaven vysok\u00e9mu zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm faktor\u016fm b\u011bhem pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u010dasem opot\u0159ebov\u00e1vaj\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 prvky. Podvozek s n\u00edzkou \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed nejen\u017ee sni\u017euje v\u00fdkon stroje, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuje riziko po\u0161kozen\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch komponent\u016f, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje produktivitu a zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1klady. Stejn\u011b jako v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 prvky vy\u017eaduje podvozek spr\u00e1vnou p\u00e9\u010di a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 postupy, aby se prodlou\u017eila jeho \u017eivotnost, zpomalilo opot\u0159eben\u00ed a v\u00fdrazn\u011b se sn\u00ed\u017eily n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Zp\u016fsoby-rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed-opot\u0159eben\u00ed-podvozku-stavebn\u00edch-stroj\u016f\"><strong>Zp\u016fsoby rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku stavebn\u00edch stroj\u016f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak lze definovat opot\u0159eben\u00ed a jak\u00e9 jsou hlavn\u00ed faktory, kter\u00e9 na n\u011bj p\u016fsob\u00ed?<\/strong>&nbsp;Existuje mnoho definic tohoto jevu.&nbsp;<em>Americk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost pro zkou\u0161en\u00ed a materi\u00e1ly<\/em>&nbsp;(ASTM) definuje opot\u0159eben\u00ed jako&nbsp;<strong>mechanickou ztr\u00e1tu materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00e1 nast\u00e1v\u00e1 v d\u016fsledku kontaktu mezi dv\u011bma povrchy.<\/strong>&nbsp;Obecn\u011b a p\u0159\u00edkladmo m\u016f\u017eeme hovo\u0159it o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Adhezivn\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed,<\/strong>&nbsp;vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z interakce drsnost\u00ed mezi dv\u011bma sty\u010dn\u00fdmi povrchy, kter\u00e9 generuj\u00ed zna\u010dnou adhezivn\u00ed s\u00edlu, je\u017e nakonec vede k m\u00edstn\u00edmu sva\u0159en\u00ed drsnost\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu prasknut\u00ed a uvoln\u011bn\u00ed mal\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abrazivn\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice nebo drsn\u00fd tvrd\u00fd povrch klou\u017eou po relativn\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e9m povrchu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00danavov\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00ed<\/strong>&nbsp;je v\u00fdsledkem tvorby trhlin a dutin v pevn\u00fdch sty\u010dn\u00fdch povr\u0161\u00edch, zes\u00edlen\u00fdch nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00fdm prom\u011bnn\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fretting<\/strong>&nbsp;je zp\u016fsobeno neust\u00e1l\u00fdm cyklick\u00fdm t\u0159en\u00edm s malou amplitudou mezi dv\u011bma povrchy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eroze opot\u0159eben\u00ed<\/strong>&nbsp;je zp\u016fsobena rychl\u00fdm proud\u011bn\u00edm \u010d\u00e1stic nebo kapalin po povr\u0161\u00edch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Koroze a oxida\u010dn\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed&nbsp;<\/strong>nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed jako kombinovan\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek chemick\u00e9ho a mechanick\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-plain is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>PAMATUJTE<\/strong><br>Vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se nadm\u011brn\u00e9 rychlosti p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci p\u00e1sov\u00fdch stroj\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku a sni\u017euje n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku je zp\u016fsobeno hlavn\u011b prvn\u00edmi dv\u011bma body na seznamu a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161eno t\u0159emi dal\u0161\u00edmi hlavn\u00edmi faktory, kter\u00e9 na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017eeme \u0159\u00eddit a kontrolovat. Jsou to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u0160patn\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky<\/strong>&nbsp;p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed stroje, zejm\u00e9na nadm\u011brn\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>rychlost<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159\u00edtomnost&nbsp;<strong>vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch abrazivn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010dl\u00e1nku se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme na prvn\u00ed faktor, tedy \u0161patn\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky obsluhy p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00e1sov\u00fdch stroj\u016f, zejm\u00e9na ve vztahu k rychlosti, i kdy\u017e zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hraje v t\u011bchto n\u00e1vyc\u00edch stejn\u011b v\u00fdznamnou roli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-typick\u00fdch-chyb,-kter\u00fdm-je-t\u0159eba-se-vyhnout-p\u0159i-pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed-p\u00e1sov\u00fdch-stroj\u016f-za-\u00fa\u010delem-sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed-opot\u0159eben\u00ed-podvozku\"><strong>7 typick\u00fdch chyb, kter\u00fdm je t\u0159eba se vyhnout p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00e1sov\u00fdch stroj\u016f za \u00fa\u010delem sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupem \u010dasu se prvky podvozku vozidel s&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.com\/lancuch-gasienicy\/34\">ocelov\u00fdmi p\u00e1sy<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;nebo&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.com\/gasienice-gumowe\/19\">gumov\u00fdmi p\u00e1sy<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;opot\u0159ebov\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Existuj\u00ed v\u0161ak zp\u016fsoby, jak tento nevyhnuteln\u00fd proces omezit, v\u010detn\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stroje a podvozku. Zdokonalov\u00e1n\u00ed provozn\u00edch technik umo\u017e\u0148uje odstranit \u0161patn\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed poruchy, dodate\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed produktivitu. N\u00ed\u017ee je uvedeno 7 nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch chyb p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00e1sov\u00fdch stroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba korigovat, aby se prodlou\u017eila \u017eivotnost podvozku zpomalen\u00edm procesu opot\u0159eben\u00ed, kter\u00fd v\u0161ak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nevyhnuteln\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Vysok\u00e9 rychlosti p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b vp\u0159ed a vzad<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdy je pr\u00e1ce ve vysok\u00e9 rychlosti v\u00fdhodn\u00e1, ale tento zvyk urychluje opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku a jeho jednotliv\u00fdch prvk\u016f, jako jsou \u010dl\u00e1nky, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.com\/tuleje\/25\">tuleje<\/a><\/strong>, kladky, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.com\/kola-napedowe-do-koparek\/1806\">hnac\u00ed kolo<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.com\/kola-napinajace\/1807\">nap\u00ednac\u00ed kola<\/a><\/strong>. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce s pln\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00e9 rychlosti je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u00e1ce s polovi\u010dn\u00edm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlosti. I kdy\u017e to nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt z\u0159ejm\u00e9, prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup umo\u017e\u0148uje rychlej\u0161\u00ed dokon\u010den\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, \u0161et\u0159\u00ed palivo a p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9mu opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku. J\u00edzda vzad m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 jak p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch, tak p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch rychlostech. Zp\u011btn\u00e1 j\u00edzda urychluje opot\u0159eben\u00ed pouzder a hnac\u00edch kol, a proto se doporu\u010duje couvat pouze tehdy, kdy\u017e je to opravdu nutn\u00e9, na kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti a nikdy nep\u0159ekra\u010dovat p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou rychlost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 pohyby<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/udrzba-a-kontrola-stavebnich-stroju-2\/\">oper\u00e1to\u0159i<\/a> maj\u00ed tendenci pou\u017e\u00edvat p\u00e1sov\u00e1 vozidla mimo pracovn\u00ed oblast, nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011bhem ob\u011bdov\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vky. To urychluje opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku na \u00fakor produktivity a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zp\u016fsobuje pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed palivem. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pohyb\u016f nesouvisej\u00edc\u00edch s prac\u00ed je dobrou prax\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvat jin\u00e9, vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsoby dopravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Prudk\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed p\u00e1sov\u00e9ho stroje protib\u011b\u017en\u011b urychluje opot\u0159eben\u00ed prvk\u016f podvozku a z\u00e1rove\u0148 generuje velk\u00e1 neproduktivn\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e1 tento jev je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce zhor\u0161uj\u00ed. Doporu\u010duje se vyhnout se t\u00e9to technice, pokud to nevy\u017eaduj\u00ed pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky: obvykle prudk\u00e9 man\u00e9vry t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nikdy nejsou nutn\u00e9. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed metodou ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed je postupn\u00e9 nat\u00e1\u010den\u00ed stroje p\u0159i pohybu vp\u0159ed nebo vzad. Postupn\u00e9 zat\u00e1\u010dky se prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed snadn\u011bji, sni\u017euj\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku na minimum a z\u00e1rove\u0148 omezuj\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 poruchou doty\u010dn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-color has-dark-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-cea0be2c9485c52f6adeaa556ae810fb\"><strong>POZOR<\/strong><br>Prudk\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u00e1sov\u00e9ho stroje urychluje opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Neust\u00e1l\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed stejn\u00fdm sm\u011brem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Opot\u0159eben\u00ed stroje je d\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji nevyhnuteln\u00e9, ale v\u011bnov\u00e1n\u00ed pozornosti zp\u016fsobu ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed stroje m\u016f\u017ee toto opot\u0159eben\u00ed vyrovnat. Pokud budete v\u017edy zat\u00e1\u010det stejn\u00fdm sm\u011brem, prvky podvozku na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b se opot\u0159ebuj\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e na druh\u00e9: nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed doleva zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee se prav\u00e1 strana opot\u0159ebuje jako prvn\u00ed. Pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, m\u011bl by b\u00fdt stroj nastaven tak, aby se ob\u010das mohl ot\u00e1\u010det v r\u016fzn\u00fdch sm\u011brech. Toto jsou typick\u00e9 chyby p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed buldozer\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed radlice buldozeru<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 efektivn\u011b posouvat <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/na-co-si-dat-pozor-pri-prodeji-buldozeru-liebherr\/\">buldozer<\/a> s pln\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 b\u011bhem j\u00edzdy sledovat polohu p\u0159edn\u00ed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.com\/lemiesze-do-koparek-i-spycharek\/10\">radlice<\/a><\/strong>. Pokud z\u016fstane p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 strm\u011b naklon\u011bn\u00e1 sm\u011brem k podkladu, bude pokra\u010dovat v tla\u010den\u00ed i tehdy, kdy\u017e to ji\u017e nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9. Nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/jak-vybrat-radlice-pro-lopaty-u-rypadel-a-nakladacu\/\">radlice<\/a> zt\u011b\u017euje pohyb stroje, spot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1 mnoho energie p\u0159i omezen\u00e9m efektu a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, co\u017e hroz\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm tak\u00e9 radlice. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k prokluzu podvozku, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje opot\u0159eben\u00ed bez odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edho n\u00e1r\u016fstu produktivity, a \u010dasem ni\u010d\u00ed jeho \u010d\u00e1sti. Nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed metodou je kopat pouze do pln\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00ed radlice a pot\u00e9 ji zvednout vzhledem k zemi, aby stroj mohl pracovat snadn\u011bji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Nespr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u00fahel trha\u010de<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prokluz nast\u00e1v\u00e1 i p\u0159i trh\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdy\u017e trha\u010d za\u010dne pronikat do p\u016fdy, zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st stroje se zvedne, co\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1hu.
