V\u00fdb\u011br spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bz\u016f, desek a vodic\u00edch li\u0161t podle typu pr\u00e1ce m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt tak\u00e9 velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dejte pozor na vodic\u00ed li\u0161ty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vodic\u00ed li\u0161ty pom\u00e1haj\u00ed udr\u017eet p\u00e1sy na kladk\u00e1ch. Pokud se \u0159et\u011bz za r\u016fzn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek spr\u00e1vn\u011b nezapoj\u00ed do p\u00e1sov\u00fdch kladek, m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i man\u00e9vrov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo p\u0159i narazen\u00ed na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky na zemi vykolejit. To vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vysok\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f \u0159et\u011bzu s rizikem such\u00fdch spoj\u016f (u mazac\u00edch \u0159et\u011bz\u016f), a dokonce i struktur\u00e1ln\u00edch po\u0161kozen\u00ed \u010di prasklin. Proto je nezbytn\u00e9 postupovat podle pokyn\u016f v\u00fdrobce p\u0159i ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vodic\u00ed li\u0161ta je pro dan\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nab\u00edzej\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/opotrebitelnost-a-odolnost-pasoveho-podvozku\/\">odolnost<\/a>, av\u0161ak za n\u011bkolik kompromis\u016f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pokud nejsou pot\u0159ebn\u00e9, jednodu\u0161e zvy\u0161uj\u00ed hmotnost stroje, co\u017e urychluje opot\u0159eben\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f podvozku a zvy\u0161uje tendenci k zapad\u00e1n\u00ed na m\u011bkk\u00e9m podkladu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee s pronik\u00e1n\u00edm do zeminy, proto\u017ee ostny funguj\u00ed podobn\u011b jako \u010depele: \u010d\u00edm ten\u010d\u00ed jsou, t\u00edm snadn\u011bji dok\u00e1\u017eou proniknout p\u016fdou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ES desky ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed rovnac\u00ed schopnosti ter\u00e9nu, proto\u017ee mohou generovat vibrace. Proto je t\u0159eba je pou\u017e\u00edvat st\u0159\u00eddm\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>U st\u0159edn\u00edch p\u00e1sov\u00fdch rypadel jsou standardem trojit\u00e9 protiskluzov\u00e9 ostny. Tyto stroje mohou b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 vybaveny t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edmi nebo leh\u010d\u00edmi profily: volba z\u00e1vis\u00ed na pot\u0159eb\u011b odolnosti proti ohybu, kter\u00e1 je d\u00e1na konzistenc\u00ed podkladu a d\u00e9lkou desky. Mnoho desek nab\u00edz\u00ed mo\u017enosti jako odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed bl\u00e1ta, aby materi\u00e1l neulp\u00edval na \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch \u0159et\u011bzu. Tento typ desek se doporu\u010duje pro velmi lepiv\u00e9 bl\u00e1to nebo j\u00edlovitou p\u016fdu. Poh\u00e1n\u011bc\u00ed kola vyhazuj\u00ed bl\u00e1to z \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f \u0159et\u011bzu a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed udr\u017eet spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 napnut\u00ed p\u00e1s\u016f. Zkontrolujte uvoln\u011bn\u00e9 nebo chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161rouby, \u00faniky oleje, abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed, uvoln\u011bn\u00e9 nebo ohnut\u00e9 vodic\u00ed li\u0161ty, zachycen\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly atd. Sta\u010d\u00ed p\u00e1r minut k odhalen\u00ed a odstran\u011bn\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e prodlou\u017e\u00edte \u017eivotnost podvozku a v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edte pot\u0159ebu rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00edch \u00fadr\u017ebov\u00fdch z\u00e1sah\u016f. Nakonec je pro optimalizaci \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed podvozku nezbytn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159it opot\u0159ebiteln\u00e9 d\u00edly. V tomto ohledu spole\u010dnost <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/cerpadla-itr-vysoky-vykon-a-spolehlivost\/\">ITR<\/a> vytvo\u0159ila Weartek+, aplikaci pro sb\u011br m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch dat, p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u017eivotnosti a v\u00fdb\u011br optim\u00e1ln\u00ed strategie minimalizace hodinov\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f na <a href=\"https:\/\/glimat.cz\/mistr\/prispevky\/podvozek-mereni-opotrebeni-a-vymena-kompletniho-pasu\/\">podvozek<\/a>. Program m\u016f\u017ee archivovat kontroln\u00ed data, sledovat stav z\u00e1sob n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f, pl\u00e1novat \u00fadr\u017ebu, analyzovat v\u00fdkon ka\u017ed\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edho!
